TOPDOG Legal Marketing Finalist 2024 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics in Greater Arizona

TOPDOG Legal Marketing named finalist for BBB Torch Awards for Ethics

Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest (BBB) has announced TOPDOG Legal Marketing, LLC as one of the finalists for its prestigious 2024 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics, which is organized in partnership with Desert Financial Credit Union. This award program is designed to create awareness of ethical business practices in the marketplace and recognizes the businesses that operate with high levels of integrity.

Commitment to ethics and trust

Krista Duncan Black, the CEO, and licensed attorney of TOPDOG expressed her pride in being recognized by the BBB for their commitment to ethics and transparency. She declared that the recognition attested to the strict adherence of their team to honesty, fairness, and transparency in business operations.

The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics is a highly regarded award that is only bestowed upon businesses that demonstrate a high level of ethics. Finalists are chosen by a voluntary panel of community leaders based on criteria established by the International Association of Better Business Bureaus. To be considered, businesses must demonstrate a commitment to ethics and trust in four main categories:

  • Character
  • Culture
  • Customers
  • Community

Candidates must illustrate the character of their organization’s leadership, how an authentic culture is being fostered, how the company prioritizes its relationship with customers, and the impact the organization is making in the community.

BBB’s commitment to ethical business practices

The BBB remains committed to empowering the public to find trustworthy businesses, brands, and charities. Over the past year, BBB has helped millions of users find over 5.3 million businesses and more than 12,000 charities through its website. The award recognizes business leaders who demonstrate outstanding ethical business practices, building trust while creating a superior level of character and integrity in their business practices.

The award’s values reflect the BBB’s 23-year tradition of recognizing exceptional companies in Greater Arizona for their unwavering commitment to doing things the right way, inspiring the creation of a robust ethical business community.

The road to success

The winners of each category will be announced during the signature event on Wednesday, November 6, at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.

TORCH awards for ethics finalists were assessed by volunteer judges who examined each company’s operations under a microscope, identifying companies with significant operations gaps in ethics, safety regulations, and public relations management.
